For one of our Clients, a Global Pharmaceutical Company in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Global HR Process Analyst.
As a Global HR Process Analyst you will help drive process standardization across company by analysing existing processes and helping identify process and performance improvement opportunities that enable the organization to increase speed, reduce cost and increase quality of operations. You will work independently and in cross-functional groups. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the Global Process Owner (GPO) group and may support other HR governance forums. The role will also be accountable for supporting the projects across HR Services.

To be successful in this role you will have: Hands-on knowledge of process mapping expertise. You will have a high level of English (at least C1). You are highly organised, customer oriented with a service mind-set, you will have experience of project administration. You are active listener and good problem solver. On this position you will be responsible for:
Preparation of payment proposals
Processing of regular and manual payments for 3rd party vendors, intercompany and employees
Running payment reports and review of errors and payment rejections
Preparation of payment documentation (bank reports, system reports, external check cutting reports)
Cooperation with Treasury
Cooperation with AR to reconcile returns
Preparation of audit data
Reconciliation of clearing account
To be succeed on this position you should have:
MA degree in Finance/Accounting or related subject
Requires 2 years of related experience
Advanced English and Spanish is a must
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems used in accounting (SAP preferably)
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
Experience as AP accountant or in payroll is an asset
Knowledge about banking systems worldwide is an asset

Your new role
Within the new role you will be responsible for Install, configure and maintain operating system software and third-party software utilities for hardware systems; Identify, diagnose and correct problems related to the operating system, software, utilities and hardware. You will also provide reporting, server remediation, automation and scripting services, Apple/Mac support and troubleshooting, RF device configuration and management. You will provide tier one and two support, configuration and deployment services for endpoints, including Windows and Mac-based workstations and servers, mobile devices, RF devices.
What youll need to succeed
At least 5 years experience in similar work in large corporate environments. You should also have experience with enterprise-level software update management, patching and application packaging for Windows and Mac platforms. Experience with Bash and AppleScript, PXE and NetBoot imaging is also required. On this position you will need to have knowledge of Windows and Mac-based server and workstation operating systems and knowledge of networking and network infrastructure. Due to work in international environment you must have good English language skills.
